FG to present minimum wage to NEC

The Federal Government will tomorrow present a N30,000 new minimum wage proposal to the National Executive Council (NEC) for further consultations.

This was the key resolution of an extraordinary meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) in Abuja last night.
President, Muhammadu Buhari presided over the meeting held at the Presidential Villa.
State Governors, Central Bank of Nigeria and other ministries, departments and other agencies in government constitute the NEC
